This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Gilvan Seramik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, phone, email, city and space details are processed to handle sample requests, bookings, quotes and professional programme applications, to communicate with customers and to meet legal obligations. In professional programme applications, tax certificate and portfolio details are used to assess the application.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred only to the extent the service requires to our authorised stores, logistics companies, business partners and authorised public bodies.
Retention
Request and application records are kept for at most two years after the matter is concluded; accounting records are kept for statutory periods.
Your rights
